At FOSSiBOT, we stand behind the quality of our power stations and mobile devices. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Initiate your return by emailing our customer service team with your order number and the specific reason for the request.

  Receive Authorization

  Once approved, our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate shipping address for our service center.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the item in its original box with all accessories and manuals included, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days via your original payment method.
